What to include

To help us understand the issue, include your device model, operating system version, Boop Shot version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome when helpful. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Local progress

Your scores, coins, unlocks, missions, and settings are stored on your device. Boop Shot does not currently provide an account, cloud backup, or cross-device transfer. If the Game is uninstalled, its app data is cleared, or the device is lost or replaced, we generally cannot restore that progress.

Revives

Version availability: Optional rewarded ads are introduced in Android version 1.0.1. Android 1.0.0 and the current iOS 1.0.0 release have ads disabled; those versions do not request rewarded ads or advertising consent through the Game. The advertising practices below apply only to versions with ads enabled.

When the revive offer appears, you can watch an optional rewarded ad if one is ready, use the displayed number of earned coins if affordable, or decline the revive. Ads can be unavailable because of your connection, privacy choices, or provider availability; the coin option remains available when affordable.
